Sentinel
We built Sentinel end to end, and we manage it in production.
Sentinel is Webber's flagship Sovereign System: an autonomous financial system with human-on-the-loop (HOTL) decision sovereignty, live in the markets, on hybrid infrastructure Webber controls.
Cognita engineered it and runs it, and every decision is visible, governed, and provable: it checks before it acts, acts within limits, stops safely when unsure, keeps the record, and answers to a named person.
The machine can only ever narrow its own exposure. Every widening requires a named human acting through an audited control path.
